Billy has over 40 years of dance performance experience. Billy began his dance career at the age of 14. With his beginnings as a club dancer, he then immersed himself in ballet studies at ABT and jazz studies with Phil Black and Frank Hatchett. In 1978, Billy’s dance company, the Dance Dimensions were discovered by the late Tito Puente while they perfomed at the Chateau Madrid in New York City. Tito spread the word to Ralph Mercado, who then brought Billy Fajardo and the Dance Dimensions in to perform at Madison Square Garden; a venue they would find themselves in frequently, performing at headliner salsa concerts throughout the late 70’s and 80’s. Billy and the Dance Dimensions also performed weekly on NBC from 1978-1982 as part of the nationally televised “Don Kirschner’s Rock Concert” In 1993, Billy was the the co-director and choreographer for the RMM dancers for the world-renowned "Combinacion Perfecta Salsa Tour", which featured such stars as Tito Puente, Celia Cruz, Marc Anthony, La India, Cheo Feliciano, Tito Nieves and many more. Born in Kiev Ukraine, Anya Katsevman has been living in New York City for 15 years. She began her dance training at the age of ten. After watching her brother become National Champion, Anya developed her own competitive drive that hasn't stopped since. She has won over 20 prestigious world titles in the international Latin dance arena over the past 12 years including Eastern United States Championships, Ohio Star Ball, La Classique Du Quebec, American Star Ball and the United States Open Championships. She has also starred in touring shows Burn the Floor and Dancing with The Stars.
After finishing a successful career in the International Latin circuit, Anya joined forces with Luis Aguilar and has become two time World Champion, undefeated San Francisco Congress Salsa champion, two time New York Salsa Congress Champion, Puerto Rico Salsa Champion
Ahtoy began her professional dance training in childhood in Guam and studied classical ballet and modern dance with the Houston and San Francisco Ballet Companies. As a young dancer, singer, and actress, she has held lead roles in full-length ballets, musical theater productions, symphony concerts, and musical revues. Ahtoy became a top International Latin Ballroom competitor in the collegiate circuit while attending Columbia University. As one of the principal dancers and instructors of salsa company, Santo Rico, she has performed in over 35 cities worldwide in Europe, Asia, the Caribbean, and the Americas.
Ahtoy, currently a graduate student at Columbia University's medical campus in New York City, has conducted national epidemiological research and outreach programs for children and adolescents, has published several scholarly articles and is now training to be a psychiatric epidemiologist.
